plus opportunity to earn bonus, commission and incentives

 

Irelands’ premier supplier of hair & beauty products for the salon industry and trading for over 14 years Salon Shop, joined the Capital Hair and Beauty group at the start of 2019, a family business serving the hair and beauty trade since 1954.

We have a highly successful reputation based on the expertise of our staff and the industry leading service we provide to customers supplying brands such as Tigi, L’Oreal, Wella and OPI.

 

What are we looking for?

An outstanding Assistant Store Manager with strong retail, or similar management experience, to join our team at Cork.

You will have overall responsibility for supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in managing and developing the business to maximise sales and achieve agreed sales and profit targets.

In addition you will assist the manager in all aspects of stock management and the management of a team of 11 key staff, guiding and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on the Company vision ‘”every customer will recommend us”.

What are you looking for?

An excellent work/life balance, something that we, as a Company value. Working 37.5 hours per week, Sunday to Wednesday with every Thursday and Friday off.
