Commercial Educator - Limerick





Capital Hair and Beauty are seeking a Commercial Educator to represent our exclusive and premium Hair care brand “KEUNE” in the Ireland Territory.

The ideal candidate we be required to possess excellent knowledge of the salon professional industry, making them a valuable asset to our existing team.

Strong analytical and organisational skills supported by sales experience and knowledge of the professional hair care market will be key to bring success to this exciting and challenging role.

The Candidate will be a motivated and resilient individual looking to work in a very exciting, dynamic and growing industry.

The role will predominantly be aimed at developing & managing the existing Keune education team and building it in line with growing the brand, within Ireland (Northern Ireland included) 


To deliver Keune education calendar within both North and South Ireland

Plan and produce a multi-level photographic competition for juniors to advance for the Keune Brand

Proactively seek to improve our education team through recruitment and upskilling of the current team 

Responsible for the booking of guest artists, as well as managing events; including hotel and transfers

To be commercially aware of competition within education and ensuring customers’ expectations are exceeded.

To liaise with staff members to make sure demo day and targets are met within each week, in order to assert commercial visibility.



Experience of professional hair care industry

Minimum Experience of 1 year as an Educator with a premium brand

Be self-motivated, organised and have great leadership skills.

Full clean driving licence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) other computer literacy

Desire to achieve in a competitive but rewarding industry
