Delivery

Upon completion of your order, a representative from our customer service team will reach out to you via telephone, within 1-2 working days to discuss and coordinate your pallet delivery. Once dispatched on your chosen day, delivery can take 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).
For insurance purposes, the pallet delivery company is only authorised to deliver to the kerbside. This means that they shall unload the lorry on your behalf; however, they are not insured to enter your premises.
